目的:为探讨模拟临床实境教学法在培养高职院校护生临床决策能力的应用与效果,以期为护理教育实践提供理论与实践支持。方法:本文以学院二年级自愿参与本研究的所有护生为研究对象,应用叶旭春等编制的《护生临床决策能力测量问卷》,采用自身前后对照方式,对护生进行模拟临床实境教学培训前和培训后3个月、6个月进行测量对比。结果:护生在进行临床实境教学培训3个月后临床决策能力测试的评分高于临床实境培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),经过临床实境教学培训6个月后测试评分明显高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:模拟临床实境教学法在护理教学中的应用,可提高护生的临床决策能力水平。
Objective: To explore the application and effect of clinical practice teaching in nurturing clinical decision-making ability of nursing students in higher vocational colleges in order to provide theoretical and practical support for nursing education practice. Methods: In this study, all secondary nursing students volunteered to participate in this study in the second year of college were selected as research objects. The questionnaire of clinical decision-making ability of nursing students was compiled by Ye Xuchun et al. Before and after training 3 months, 6 months for comparison. Results: The score of clinical decision-making ability test was significantly higher than that before clinical training (P <0.05) after three months of clinical training in nursing students. After six months of clinical training Test scores were significantly higher than before training, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: Simulated clinical practice teaching in nursing teaching can improve the clinical decision-making ability of nursing students.
