目的:情境模拟教学法培养中等助产专业学生临床思维的实践探讨。方法:以2007级三年制助产专业两个班学生(均女生)分别为实验班和对照班,对实验组通过实施病案分析情境模拟教学方法;以问卷调查法、阶段性学生学业评价以及学生对教学的评价作为标准评价教学效果。将上述调查和评价数据进行统计学数据处理。结果:P<0.01,具有统计学意义,实验班与对照班有显著差异。案例分析加情景模拟教学法培养了学生发现问题,分析问题,解决问题的能力;培养了学生临床思维能力;提高了学生的护患沟通技巧;是值得推广的教学方法。
Objective: To explore the practice of cultivating midwifery students’ clinical thinking through situational simulation teaching. Methods: The 2007 grade three-year midwifery major two classes of students (all girls) were experimental classes and control classes, the experimental group through the implementation of the case analysis of situational simulation teaching methods; questionnaire survey, staged student academic evaluation and Evaluation of teaching students as a standard evaluation of teaching effectiveness. The survey and evaluation data for statistical data processing. Results: P <0.01, with statistical significance, experimental classes and control classes were significantly different. Case study plus situational simulation teaching method cultivates students’ ability of finding problems, analyzing problems and solving problems; cultivating students’ clinical thinking ability; improving students’ nurse-patient communication skills; and it is worth promoting teaching methods.
