考核评价机制的合理性不仅影响学生的学习热情和积极性,对学生的成长和发展都有很大影响。但是,教师需要注意的是考评机制不是通用的,教师需要结合各学科的特点合理开展教学考核评价,而且还要体现出不同学生的个体差异性。教师不仅要针对学生的学习结果展开评价,还要对学生的学习过程展开考核评价,这样的考核评价才是科学的,公正的,才能更好地促进学生的成长和发展。
