国内众多中职院校教育机制中,班级管理可以说是一项动态管理过程,教学工作人员按照学校要求,为了实现良好的教学效果而利用适宜的管理手段,从而带领学生更好的展开教学,在对班级里各类资源施以规划、组织、调节、控制的管理过程,达到预期的教育教学目标的组织活动全过程。本文分析了积极心理学在中职班级管理中的应用,提出了实用性应用策略。
