中职学生的心理状况与其他同龄人相比较更为复杂,班主任工作起来比较棘手,积极心理学的出现,使中职学校的班主任工作有了新的启示。中职班主任应当在班级管理过程中用积极心理学的理念来引导学生,培养他们的积极情绪体验;引导他们发现自身的优良人格特质;用多元的教育方法来营造融洽的班级气氛,使中职学生愉快学心健康。
