对缙云山常绿阔叶林土壤酶活性与土壤肥力的关系进行了研究 .结果表明 :有机质、全氮、水解氮、有效磷、有效钾之间存在着密切的相关关系 ;过氧化氢酶、转化酶、酸性磷酸酶活性与有机质、全氮、水解氮、有效磷、有效钾也存在着密切的相关关系 ,多酚氧化酶活性与有机质、全氮、有效磷密切相关 ;不同土壤酶活性彼此之间均存在着密切的关系 ;土壤酶活性可以作为评价缙云山常绿阔叶林土壤肥力水平的指标
The relationship between soil enzyme activity and soil fertility in evergreen broad-leaved forest in Jinyun Mountain was studied.The results showed that there was a close correlation between organic matter, total nitrogen, hydrolyzed nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium; catalase, There was a close correlation between enzyme and acid phosphatase activity and organic matter, total nitrogen, hydrolyzed nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium. Polyphenol oxidase activity was closely related to organic matter, total nitrogen and available phosphorus. There is a close relationship between soil enzyme activity can be used as evaluation of Jinyun Mountain evergreen broad-leaved forest soil fertility indicators
