随着教学改革的逐步深入,许多教育工作者对于客观存在的学生个体差异及自我效能感的问题十分关注。无论是理论工作者,还是在教学第一线的实践工作者,都在为解决因学生存在差异,不能采用统一的教学模式来进行教学。对于小学的体育课教学也要根据不同学生的体质发展来采用不同的教学方法。素质教育既承认人与人之间的基本素质上是相同或相近的,同时又看到人与人之间存在着很大差异。教师要了解学生,洞察学生的心灵与秉赋,从小学学生智力发展的潜在性出发,依据因材施教的原则,做到知人善教,进行差异教
With the gradual deepening of teaching reform, many educators are very concerned about the objective existence of individual differences in students and self-efficacy issues. Both theoretical workers and practitioners in the forefront of teaching are all trying to solve the problem of differences in students and can not adopt a unified teaching model for teaching. Physical education for primary schools should also be based on the development of different students to adopt different teaching methods. Teachers should understand the students and gain an insight into the students ’minds and abilities.
