石油和化工行业(以下简称“石化行业”)在辽宁省经济发展中一直担当重要支柱产业的角色,辽宁在全国老工业基地中的地位和影响,很大程度体现在石化产业上。2008年是辽宁省石化行业伴随国内外经济形势急剧变化而进行调整的一年。在这一年里,面对原材料、能源价格大起大落,成品油与原油价格倒挂,金融危机导致需求衰减等不利因素,全行业仍取得了较好的业绩,全年完成工业增加值1332.2亿元,同比增长7.3%;实现销售收入5154.2亿元,同比增长22.8%;进出口贸易额达到252.43万美元,同比增长39.9%。

The industrial added value of the whole year was 132.22 billion yuan, An increase of 7.3% over the same period of last year; sales revenue reached 515.42 billion yuan, up 22.8% over the same period of last year; import and export volume reached 2.5253 million U.S. dollars, up 39.9% over the same period of last year.
