2008年,黑龙江省石油和化工行业(以下简称“石化行业”)积极应对复杂多变的经济形势,采取一系列有效措施,保证了全省石化行业经济平稳较快发展。全行业累计完成现价工业总产值3104.9亿元,比上年增长15.1%。油气开采业实现主营业务收入2461.7亿元,同比增长23.3%;完成利税1724.4亿元,同比增加324.5亿元。
In 2008, the petroleum and chemical industry in Heilongjiang Province (hereinafter referred to as the “petrochemical industry”) actively responded to the complicated and volatile economic situation and adopted a series of effective measures to ensure the steady and rapid economic development of the petrochemical industry in the province. The entire industry accumulated the current price of industrial output value 310.49 billion yuan, an increase of 15.1% over the previous year. Oil and gas exploitation industry realized main business income of 24661 billion yuan, an increase of 23.3% over the same period of last year; completed profits and taxes of 172.44 billion yuan, an increase of 32.45 billion yuan over the same period of last year.
