2012年,辽宁省石油和化学工业(简称“石化行业”)经济运行克服了下行压力,实现企稳回升。全年规模以上石化企业完成工业增加值同比增长7.6%;实现主营业务收入8876.7亿元,同比增长10.4%;实现利润28.2亿元,同比减少39.6亿元,主要受炼油业亏损影响。固定资产投资继续大幅增长,市场需求总体平稳。企业经济效益有不同程度下滑,但行业经济运行的基本面仍未发生根本的改变,行业经济运行有望在复杂环境中保持稳定增长。预计2013年全年工业增加值同比增长8%;实现主营业务收入9800亿元,同比增长11%。
In 2012, the economic operation of the petroleum and chemical industry in Liaoning Province (referred to as the “petrochemical industry”) overcame downward pressure to stabilize and rebound. The annual value-added of petrochemical enterprises above designated size increased by 7.6% over the same period of last year; the revenue from main operations reached 887.67 billion yuan, an increase of 10.4% over the same period of last year; the profit of 2.82 billion yuan, down 3.96 billion yuan from the same period of last year, which was mainly affected by the loss of the refining industry. The investment in fixed assets continued to grow substantially, and the market demand was generally stable. The economic benefits of enterprises have declined in varying degrees. However, fundamentals of the economic operation of the industry have not yet been fundamentally changed, and the economic operation of the industry is expected to maintain a steady growth in a complex environment. It is estimated that the industrial added value of the whole year of 2013 will increase by 8% over the same period of previous year; the revenue from main business will reach 980 billion yuan, up 11% over the same period of last year.
