2011年,辽宁省石油和化学工业(简称“石化行业”)经济运行保持平稳增长态势,生产经营情况良好,各项工作稳步推进,行业经济总量再上新台阶。全年规模以上石化企业完成工业增加值同比增长8.1%,实现主营业务收入突破8000亿元,达到8275.9亿元,比上年增长25.8%;实现利润总额69.2亿元,比上年减少83.7亿元,主要受炼油业亏损的影响。预计2012年辽宁石化行业仍将保持平稳增长,但增速会有所放缓,预期全年完成工业增加值同比增长7%,实现主营业务收入9600亿元,同比增长16%。
In 2011, the economic operation of petroleum and chemical industry in Liaoning Province (“Petrochemical Industry” for short) maintained a steady growth. Production and operation was in good condition. All work was steadily progressed, and the total economic output of the industry reached a new level. The value-added of petrochemical enterprises above the designated size in the whole year increased by 8.1% year-on-year, realizing the main business revenue exceeding 800 billion yuan to reach 827.59 billion yuan, up 25.8% over the previous year; the total profit was 6.92 billion yuan, down 8.37 billion yuan over the previous year Yuan, mainly due to the impact of refining losses. It is expected that the petrochemical industry in Liaoning will maintain steady growth in 2012, but the growth rate will slow down.
