家族企业发展到一定阶段,经营权交由专门的管理专家进行管理是企业发展的必然选择。但由于我国职业经理人市场发展不成熟,加上中国传统"家文化"的影响,家族企业职业经理人的引进往往以失败告终。本文基于对我国家族企业职业经理人激励与监督存在的困难,提出改善家族企业职业经理人激励机制与监督机制的一些意见。
