广州抽水蓄能电站,位于中国广东省。电站将安装4台30万kW的机组,最大工作水头为530m。引水隧洞洞径9m,高压钢筋混凝土岔管主管上游侧直径8m,岔管主管下游侧与1号支管连接,直径3.5m,4条钢支管管径3.5m(详见图1)。本文介绍了广州抽水蓄能电站钢筋混凝土岔管在承受最大内水压力、以及在外压作用下(由地下外水压力及灌浆残余应力引起的外压力)的设计方法。
Guangzhou Pumped Storage Power Station, located in Guangdong Province, China. The plant will install 4 sets of 300,000 kW units, the maximum working head is 530m. The diameter of the diversion tunnel is 9m. The diameter of the upstream side of the high-pressure reinforced concrete bifurcation main pipe is 8m. The downstream side of the main pipe of the bifurcation pipe is connected with the No.1 branch pipe, with a diameter of 3.5m and the diameter of the four steel branch pipes is 3.5m. This paper introduces the design method of reinforced concrete bifurcation of Guangzhou Pumped Storage Power Station under the condition of maximum internal water pressure and external pressure (external pressure caused by underground external water pressure and grouting residual stress).
