为验证和分析山西省万家寨引黄入晋工程总干一、二级泵站高压出水岔管钢筋混凝土衬砌的合理性,应用三维有限元数值方法,得到了用筋混凝土衬砌内的应力分布规律。在此基础上,提出了对现有的钢筋混凝土衬砌体型优化的方案及相应的配筋率参数,以满足岔管对钢筋混凝土衬砌裂缝限裂宽度及工程长期稳定运行的需要。
In order to validate and analyze the rationality of reinforced concrete lining of high-pressure water outlet bifurcations in Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion Project in Shanxi Province, three-dimensional finite element numerical method was used to obtain the stress distribution in reinforced concrete lining law. On this basis, the optimization scheme of the existing reinforced concrete lining and the corresponding reinforcement ratio parameters are proposed to meet the requirements of the bifurcated pipe for the cracking limit of the reinforced concrete lining crack and the long-term stable operation of the project.
