The amorphous Fe73Ni5Si8B14 alloy were high-density pulse current and vacuum annealing. The microstructures and crystallization behavior of the treated amorphous were investigated by Mossbauer spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The experimental results show that the “electron wind” generated by the high-density pulse current promotes the structural relaxation and crystallization of the amorphous alloy compared with the annealing treatment.
