近日,笔者在一些农村中小学了解到:近年来很多具有丰富教学经验的中、高级教师告别农村学校,流失到外地或进入城市。人往高处走,本无可厚非,但笔者觉得这种现象不容忽视。农村学校待遇较低,一些优秀教师为更充分地展示自己能力,到条件、待遇更好的地方任教,这很正常。但由于收入差距大,农村中学与城市中学、私立学校、沿海地区中学相比,缺乏竞争力,农村学校优秀教师的流失已经对农村的基础教育带来不利的影响。

However, due to the large income gap, the lack of competitiveness of rural middle schools compared with urban middle schools, private schools and coastal high schools has led to the adverse effects of the loss of excellent teachers in rural schools on basic education in rural areas.
