用TbCl3,二乙三胺五乙酸二酸酐 (简写为DTPAA)和对 氨基水杨酸的钠盐 (简写为 pAS Na)在水溶液中制得Tb3+ 的三元配合物 ,通过紫外可见光谱和荧光光谱验证了此三元配合物的存在 ;用DTPAA与 pAS Na制得的含氮多羧基配体DTPA pAS和DTPA 2 pAS分别与TbCl3溶液制得了 2种二元配合物。研究了此 3种配合物在水溶液中的荧光性质 ,考察了浓度、pH值、La3+ 离子等对三元配合物荧光性质的影响 ,并且探索了用三元配合物作为荧光免疫标记示踪物的可能性。
The ternary complex of Tb3 + was prepared with TbCl3, diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid dianhydride (abbreviated as DTPAA) and p-aminosalicylic acid sodium salt (abbreviated as pAS Na) in aqueous solution. The UV spectra and fluorescence spectra The binary complexes of DTPA pAS and DTPA 2 pAS with TbCl3 solution were prepared by DTPAA and pAS Na respectively. The fluorescence properties of the three complexes in aqueous solution were investigated. The effects of concentration, pH, La3 + ions on the fluorescence properties of ternary complexes were investigated. The ternary complexes were also used as fluorescent immunological labels possibility.
