“走课”就是打破原有班级界限,让学生根据自己的爱好和特长,自主选择喜欢的课外课程。本学期我校构建了“走课”模式的艺术社团活动,现结合实际,谈谈我校学生艺术社团活动组织与管理的一些具体做法。一、挖掘师资力量创设“走课”软环境作为中小型规模的学校,本身教师资源就相对缺乏,而有特长的教师就更少了。如何放大资源,来实现社团活动的多样化?我们采用了四种途径,使社团“走课”从师资、内容架构上得到保障。1.教师自我发现。在社团建设中,我们优先校内
