国际标准组织(ISO)于1999底颁布了一项新的国际标准ISO10015(企业培训质量管理标准)。该标准为规范培训市场特别是企业内部培训,全面提高企业质量管理中的培训质量提供了科学的依据。ISO10015的颁布可为企业培训机构科学地分析培训需求、有效地实施培训、准确地评估培训效果等提供了培训全过程的管理。瑞士社会经济发展中心是ISO10015授权认证机构,本刊特邀瑞士社会经济发展中心的RaymondSaner&Lichia-Yiu两位专家撰写此文,使本刊读者更深入地理解ISO10015这一国际标准。
International Organization for Standardization (ISO) issued a new international standard ISO10015 (Enterprise Training Quality Management Standard) at the end of 1999. The standard provides a scientific basis for standardizing the training market, especially the internal training of enterprises, and comprehensively improving the quality of training in enterprise quality management. The promulgation of ISO10015 provides management of the entire training process for enterprise training institutions to scientifically analyze training needs, implement training effectively, and accurately evaluate training effects. The Swiss Socio-Economic Development Center is ISO10015 accredited certification body. We have invited RaymondSaner & Lichia-Yiu, two experts from Swiss Socio-Economic Development Center to write this article so that our readers can better understand ISO10015 as an international standard.
