案例回放今年11月,北京皇朝·诚铭公司欲拍卖的所谓国宝级文物陷入赝品门。7月,广东保利拍卖行拍卖的邓箭今油画《春之光》,在临开槌前被作者指证为假画而撤拍。3月,北京保利国际拍卖有限公司拍品《打水姑娘》,被原中央美院杨红太教授指证为赝品而撤拍。2006年7月,画家史国良对北京传世国际拍卖有限公司两件拍品提出赝品异议,拍卖公司对此置之不理如期拍卖。2007年4月,老画家程十发儿子程助向媒体披露,一场拍卖会上经常会出现八九张程十发的拍卖品,但一般来说,有六七张都是假的。
