目的:研究三级护理质量目标管理模式在提升一年资护士护理质量的应用效果。方法:针对新护士较多的呼吸科采用三级护理质量目标管理模式,即护士长管理、质量控制小组管理、一年资护士自我管理。一年资护士通过自我评价,记录自身工作中存在的不足并对此进行改进。质量控制组成员每周都要检测一年资护士的各个项目,并马上反馈、指导,研究纠正方法;还要跟踪问题并查看情况是否改善。护士长主持全面护理质量管理工作,针对问题,设计培训内容。结果:护理部的各项护理项目的合格率每个月基本上都有上升,护理质量越来越好;一年资护士在各方面都有了改善,如急救技术、安全意识、尽量避免出现不好的状况;帮助一年资护士从学员的角色过渡到护士的角色,临床护理过程中与人交流的能力也提升了,患者满意率显著改善。结论:三级护理质量目标管理模式对短时间内有许多刚入职的新护士的科室效果很好,可以快速提升护理质量。
Objective: To study the application effect of the three-level nursing quality target management model in improving the nursing quality of one-year nurses. Methods: Aiming at the more respiratory department of new nurses, the tertiary care quality target management mode was adopted, that is nurse manager, quality control group management and one-year nurse self-management. A year-long nurse through self-evaluation, record their own shortcomings in the work and to improve. Each week, quality control team members examine each item of a year-long nurse and immediately feed back, mentor, investigate, correct, and track the problem and see if it improves. The head nurse presides over the overall quality management of nursing care, and designs the training content for the problem. Results: The passing rate of various nursing projects in the nursing department basically increased every month, and the quality of nursing was getting better and better. The one-year nurses improved in all aspects, such as first aid technology and safety awareness, and avoided as far as possible Poor condition; helping one-year nurses transition from the role of trainee to the role of nurse, their ability to communicate with others in the clinical care process has also improved, and patient satisfaction has improved significantly. Conclusion: The three-level management model of quality of care has a great effect on the departments of many new nurses who have just started to work in a short period of time, and can rapidly improve the quality of nursing care.
