再灌 1d(n =5)、2d(n =5)、3d(n =5)和 7d(n =5) ,用免疫组织化学的方法 ,测定脑片神经细胞黏附分子的表达。
Objective To investigate the effect of neural cell adhesion molecule expression on neuroplasticity after ischemic brain injury in rats. Methods Twenty - six Wistar rats were divided into blank control group (n = 3), sham operation group (n = 3) and injury group (n = 20). Right-sided middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) was induced in a lesion group using a thrombus model. Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression of neural cell adhesion molecules on the 1st day after reperfusion (n = 5), 2d (n = 5), 3d (n = 5) and 7d (n = 5) Results At 4 time points, the expression of neural cell adhesion molecules increased in the temporal cortex, which was obvious at 2 days and 3 days after operation. Conclusions After transient ischemic brain injury, the increase of neural cell adhesion molecule expression may be related to neural plasticity
