本文报导了邻苯二甲酸异羟肟酸测定Fe(Ⅲ)、实验指出,在PH为3.4~3.8时,邻苯二甲酸异羟肟酸与Fe(Ⅲ)形成红色络合物,Fe(Ⅲ)在2.5~25ppm内服从比耳定律,最大吸收波长为480nm,桑德尔灵敏度为0.02μg/cm,并对试剂浓度、酸度,干扰离子的影响进行了研究。以异羟肟酸为显色剂测定金属离子的含量国外已有报道,我们曾做过这方面的工作,但邻苯二甲酸异羟肟酸测定Fe(Ⅲ)国內外尚未见报道。
This paper reports the determination of Fe (Ⅲ) by hydroxamic acid with phthalic acid. The experiment shows that the formation of red complex between phthalic acid and Fe (Ⅲ) at pH 3.4 ~ 3.8, ) Obeys Beer’s Law within 2.5 ~ 25ppm, the maximum absorption wavelength is 480nm, the sensitivity of Sander is 0.02μg / cm, and the effects of reagent concentration, acidity and interfering ions were studied. The determination of metal ion content by hydroxamic acid reagent has been reported in foreign countries. We have done some work in this area. However, the determination of Fe (Ⅲ) by hydroxamic acid in phthalic acid has not been reported at home and abroad.
