目的:探讨在台州地区人群中脂联素基因多态性与动脉粥样硬化(AS)之间的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法,对198例AS患者和68例对照者的脂联素基因多态性位点(-11377C/G和+276G/T)进行基因分型。结果:AS组脂联素基因SNP+276TT基因型和T等位基因频率均低于对照组;AS组与对照组SNP-11377位点各基因型之间分布无差别,但AS组SNP-11377位点C等位基因频率低于对照组。与TT基因型的临床资料相比,GT+GG基因型在C反应蛋白(CRP)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-c)以及血糖(G lu)差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在台州地区人群中,脂联素基因SNP+276G/T与AS的发生相关,与TT型相比,携带GG+GT型者患AS的危险因素增加,G等位基因是AS的危险因素。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between adiponectin gene polymorphism and atherosclerosis (AS) in Taizhou population. Methods: The polymorphisms of adiponectin gene (-11377C / G and + 276G) in 198 patients with AS and 68 controls were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) / T) for genotyping. Results: The frequencies of SNP + 276TT genotype and T allele of adiponectin gene in AS group were lower than those in control group. There was no difference in genotype distribution between SNP-11377 locus in AS group and control group, but SNP-11377 Site C allele frequency was lower than the control group. Compared with the clinical data of TT genotypes, GT + GG genotypes were significantly higher in CRP, TG, TC, LDL-c and G lu ) Difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Adiponectin gene SNP + 276G / T is associated with the occurrence of AS in Taizhou population. Compared with TT genotype, risk factors of AS in patients with GG + GT type increase, and G allele is risk of AS factor.
