目的提高放射治疗计划系统剂量计算的精确度。方法选取本中心两台不同制造商生产的直线加速器,利用IBA三维水箱和PTW0.013指型电离室对6 MV对角线方向的射野平坦度的剂量测量,根据国际电子委员会(IEC)对角线射野平坦度的定义,计算出对角线平坦度。结果两种不同制造商生产的加速器6 MV的射野对角线平坦度都符合国际电子委员会(IEC)的推荐值。结论国际电子技术委员会(IEC)推荐的10cm深度处平坦度值1.06对于所有研究的射野面积和深度是最优的。
Objective To improve the accuracy of dose calculation in radiotherapy planning system. Methods The linear accelerator manufactured by two different manufacturers in our center was used to measure the dose-field flatness in the diagonal direction of 6 MV by IBA three-dimensional water tank and PTW0.013 finger ionization chamber. According to the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) The definition of flatness of the field and the diagonal flatness. Results The field-to-plane diagonal flatness of the accelerator 6 MVs produced by two different manufacturers met the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) recommendations. Conclusion The flatness value 1.06 at the 10 cm depth recommended by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) is optimal for all field areas and depths studied.
