采用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法测定了辣椒中Cu、Na、B、Li、Mn、Ca、Ba、Sr、Zn、Fe、Co、Tl、Al、Ni、Ga、K、Ag、In等18种元素的含量。分析结果的相对标准偏差为0.3%—1.8%,平均回收率在80.00%—116.93%之间。该方法简单、快速、可靠、灵敏度高,且多元素可同时测定,能满足实际样品分析要求。实验表明:辣椒中含有丰富的对人体有益的Ca、Fe、Zn、Mn、Cu、Na等元素,不同品种的辣椒其元素含量存在差异,这种差异与辣椒的基因型有关。用ICP-AES测定辣椒中微量元素对此类资源的充分利用有重要的指导意义。
The contents of Cu, Na, B, Li, Mn, Ca, Ba, Sr, Zn, Fe, Co, Tl, Al, Ni, Ga, K, Ag, In etc. in pepper were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry 18 kinds of elements content. The relative standard deviations of the analytical results were 0.3% -1.8% and the average recoveries were between 80.00% and 116.93%. The method is simple, rapid, reliable and sensitive, and the simultaneous determination of multiple elements can meet the requirements of actual sample analysis. Experiments show that: Pepper is rich in human beneficial Ca, Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu, Na and other elements, different varieties of pepper its elemental content there is a difference, this difference is related to the genotypes of pepper. ICP-AES determination of trace elements in pepper for the full utilization of these resources have important guiding significance.
