In the last decade of the 20th century, a brand new discipline, nanotechnology, was born. Its novelty, unique ideas and the advent of the first research achievements have aroused great repercussions in the scientific and technological community and the military and have drawn much attention . Many developed countries are vying with this technology as a priority for strategic basic research in the 21st century and have invested heavily in the development. Nanoscience and nanotechnology is the study and application of atomic and molecular phenomena at the scale of 0.1 to 100 nanometers (1 nanometer = 10 to 9 nanometers), and is a product of the close combination of modern physics theory and advanced engineering and technical means. Its ultimate goal is that humans can directly manipulate individual atoms according to their own will to create products with specific functions.
