教书育人,是教师的任务,对有了缺点、错误的学生,教师有责任采取适当的教育方法,让其认识到自己的缺点和错误,从而加以改正。而在教育过程中,如果教育方法不当,就会使学生和教师之间产生不应有的对立情绪。学生对老师教育,或默不作声,或掉头便走,使教育工作不能顺利进行,有时即使服从,也是口服心不服。教师看学生不顺眼,学生见老师不高兴。这种对立情绪不及时消除,就不能建立正常师生关系,班级的教育、教学工作也就难以正常开展。这种师生间的对立情绪是怎样形成的?又应该如何消除?本文试谈一些粗浅的看法和体会。
Teaching and educating people is a teacher's task. For students who have shortcomings and mistakes, teachers have the responsibility to adopt appropriate methods of education so that they can recognize their shortcomings and mistakes and correct them. In the process of education, improper methods of education can lead to unparalleled antagonism between students and teachers. Students teach their teachers or remain silent or turn away from their heads so that education can not be carried out smoothly. Teachers see the students dislike, the students see the teacher unhappy. If such antagonistic sentiments are not eliminated in time, normal student-teacher relations and class education will not be established, teaching work will be difficult to carry out normally. How does this kind of antagonistic mood between teachers and students be formed and how to eliminate it? This article discusses some superficial opinions and experiences.
