The key to prolonging the life of the battery lies in strictly following the battery charging and discharging standards specified by the manufacturer. The aircraft has been equipped with over-charge protection circuit. Adding over-discharge protection circuit can effectively overcome the over discharge caused by improper use or other reasons. When discharging to the termination voltage of 14V, the discharge should be stopped and it can be used after charging, otherwise it will shorten the service life of the battery and even damage the battery. The dotted line in the figure is an additional protection circuit. It is only necessary to disconnect the original circuit “×”. When the switch is set to “Battery”, the 17SV power from the battery pack provides base current to CB via C, making BG full.
