锌与小儿的生长发育、智力、免疫、创伤愈合,某些疾病的发生发展,有着密切的关系,是儿童必需的营养元素。我们于1987年5月至12月,采集了壹仟多例儿童发样,用原子吸收光谱法,测定了锌值,并调查了7岁以下低锌人数,对部分低锌值儿童用硫酸锌治疗后,进行了补锌前合发锌值的对照,现将结果报告如下:对象和方法一、对家:我院儿童保健门诊14岁以下儿童1085例,其中男童647例,女童438例。二、采集方法:用不锈钢剪刀取枕后距发根1—2cm 内新生头发0.5—1.0克,全部标本送核工业部第六研究所,用原子吸收光 Zinc and children’s growth and development, intelligence, immunity, wound healing, the occurrence of certain diseases, is closely related to children’s essential nutrients.
