1988年12月底开始,三明市梅列区伤寒病例急剧增多,至1989年2月2日共发生伤寒22例,为往年冬季发病数4倍以上。为了弄清本次伤寒流行的特征及流行因素,进行了一系列调查,现将结果报告如下。一、诊断标准:临床诊断参考《传染病学》,确诊依据下列二项或一项阳性,即血(或骨髓或粪便)细菌培养阳性,血清肥达氏反应抗体滴度≥1:160或恢复期血清抗体滴度增长≥4倍者。
