学生的个体差异客观存在,因为各种原因产生的学困生,已经成为教育的老大难问题。重视人的全面发展,重视学生完整人格培养,个性充分发挥,是21世纪教育的重要内容。随着素质教育和新课改的不断深入,对“学困生”的转化的方法和技巧显得更为重要。在教育过程中,我们要帮助他们树立自信心,激发兴趣,使其积极参与;要注重鼓励,使其体验成功;要用爱心去感化每位学困生,让他们敞开紧闭的心扉,让灿烂的阳光照亮其心房;运用发展性评价,促进学困生全面发展,让其在一个宽松、自由、快乐的学习环境中享受到教育的幸福。
Individual differences in students objectively exist because of various reasons resulting in poor students, has become a chronic problem of education.
