高职学生对职业生涯缺乏规划,对就业很茫然,很多高职学生缺乏职业生涯规划意识,职业生涯规划缺乏实施性和灵活性。因此,高职院校有必要引导高职学生进行职业生涯规划,具体可以从以下几方面进行引导:一是帮助学生进行自我分析、自我定位;二是帮助学生分析社会就业环境;三是帮助学生确定职业生涯目标;四是帮助学生制定行动方案;五是帮助学生对职业生涯规划进行必要地调整。
