通过采用文献资料、录像观察、归纳和数理统计等方法,对奥运会蹦床女子个人决赛前8名的运动员成套动作的技术分析。结果表明,动作难度是基础,技术分是关键。运动员取胜的技术分因素大于难度因素。使用动作的难度系数主要集中在1.2-1.6之间,动作类型使用频率最高的是1.3和1.4难度值的动作。运动员使用团身、屈体、直体姿势完成动作的分布呈一个倒U型,这种现象主要是屈体和直体动作的难度值是相同的,使用屈体姿势完成动作的频率较高。因此发展高难度和不同结构类型的动作,将是今后的主要趋势。
Through the use of literature, video observation, induction and mathematical statistics and other methods, the Olympic Games trampoline women’s final finals of the top eight athletes complete sets of technical analysis.
