盾构隧道精益施工是精益思想在大型盾构隧道建设中的应用,是结合隧道施工特点的理论创新。针对大直径盾构工法,引入起源于汽车制造业的精益思想,提出盾构隧道精益施工体系,并结合钱江隧道工程,从理论和实践2方面对盾构隧道精益施工体系进行详细的阐述。通过分析盾构隧道精益施工的5S现场管理、盾构隧道精益施工标准化、精益运输模式以及PDCA循环,提出了全新的盾构隧道施工理念,并在实际工程中证明了其适用性和有效性。
Lean construction of shield tunnel is the application of lean thinking in the construction of large shield tunnel and is a theoretical innovation based on the characteristics of tunnel construction. In view of the large diameter shield construction method, the lean thinking originating in automobile manufacturing industry is introduced and the lean construction system of shield tunnel is proposed. Combined with Qianjiang tunnel project, the lean construction system of shield tunnel is elaborated in theory and practice. Through the analysis of 5S site management of shield tunnel lean construction, standardization of lean construction of shield tunnel, lean transportation mode and PDCA cycle, a new construction concept of shield tunnel is proposed, and its applicability and effectiveness are proved in practical engineering.
