7月27日,国家人力资源和社会保障部公布了《企业职工带薪年休假实施办法》,作为早先公布的《职工带薪年休假条例》配套条例,该实施办法于9月18日正式实施。为了更好地贯彻落实《企业职工带薪年休假实施办法》,使休假做得更为公平些,全体劳动者都得到休假,没有休假都能得到相关补贴,现对《企业职工带薪年休假实施办法》进行解读。
