苏霍姆林斯基说:“教师语言是一种什么也替代不了的影响学生心灵的工具。”在幼儿教育中,教师的语言不只是传递信息的工具、幼儿语言发展的学习材料,它还以一种隐蔽的方式对幼儿的心灵施以影响。对幼儿园教师的语言进行研究有助于考量幼儿园教师的教育素养、发现幼教场域中存在的问题,进而加以改善。本研究从H市4所幼儿园中随机选取了26名教师为研究对象。四所幼儿园均为市甲级以上幼儿园;26位幼儿园教师在大班、中班、小班、混领班
