高职院校在“培养应用型人才”的导向下,需要与企业合作展开课程建设,充分发挥企业在实训教学中的资源优势。这就意味着,校企合作下的财务管理课程设计重点,应放置在实训教学模块之中。设计思路包括:充分了解企业的需求、加强岗位认知、增强财务流程的掌握、建立知识线上交流平台、编写实习指导书。
Under the guidance of “cultivating applied talents”, higher vocational colleges need to cooperate with enterprises to start the course construction and give full play to the resource advantages of enterprises in practical training. This means that the focus of the curriculum design of financial management under the cooperation of school and enterprise should be placed in practical training modules. Design ideas include: a full understanding of the needs of enterprises to strengthen job awareness and enhance the grasp of the financial process, the establishment of an online knowledge exchange platform, the preparation of internship guide.
