生态评价在城市规划中起到客观认识自然环境、避免或减少人工建设对生态破坏的作用。它往往是针对特定尺度进行静态评价,对跨尺度生态关系的研究尚显不足。本研究以雅安市芦山县为例,对4·20灾后重建给出了渐进式的三个层次的生态评价:从宏观的县域尺度分析了园区的选址问题,论证了建设区域的科学性;从中观的园区建设层面分析了开发适宜性问题,对建设模式进行引导;从微观的雨水公园布局问题上研究了现状径流分布特征,指出了最适宜的建设位置。本文强调了生态评价全方位的指导意义,以及通过缩小研究尺度而加强生态评价的针对性。研究立足于实际建设需求,探索生态保护与开发建设间的科学平衡。
Ecological Evaluation plays an objective understanding of the natural environment in urban planning and avoids or reduces the role of human construction in ecological destruction. It is often static evaluation for a specific scale, the research on cross-scale ecological relations is still not enough. Taking Lushan County in Ya’an City as an example, this study gives a gradual and three-level ecological evaluation of 4.20 post-disaster reconstruction. It analyzes the site selection of the park from macroscopic county scales and demonstrates the scientific nature of the construction area. From the perspective of the construction of the park, the paper analyzed the problem of development suitability and guided the construction mode. The current situation of runoff distribution was studied from the microscopic rain park layout, and the most suitable construction location was pointed out. This article emphasizes the omni-directional guiding significance of ecological assessment and the pertinence of strengthening ecological assessment by reducing the research scale. Based on the actual construction needs, the research explores the scientific balance between ecological protection and development.
