残疾人是一个特殊的、困难的社会弱势群体,重视残疾人的社会保障权利是一个国家或地区经济发展与文明进步的重要标志。健全残疾人社会保障和服务体系,切实保障残疾人权益,其前提条件是对该地区的残疾人生活状况有着清晰的把握。本文以广州市为例,深入调查残疾人群体的社会保障现状。
People with disabilities are a special and difficult social vulnerable groups. Attaching importance to the social security rights of disabled persons is an important symbol of the economic development and the progress of civilization in a country or a region. Improving the system of social security and service for the handicapped and earnestly guaranteeing the rights and interests of the handicapped are based on the prerequisite of having a clear grasp of the living conditions of the handicapped in this area. This article takes Guangzhou as an example to deeply investigate the current situation of social security for disabled people.
