国企改革已历经20个春秋,目前进入更为严峻的攻坚阶段。国有企业现状应当说不容乐观,亏损面呈扩大趋势,在这样一种环境下,一汽客车底盘厂却从困境中崛起了。1992年11月仅生产4辆车,厂里把它定为“耻辱月”。“知耻近乎勇”,崛起正是从这里起步,1993年上半年获得部分销售权后,下半年自销车223辆,1994年自销1365辆,1995年自销2313辆,1996年自销5208辆,1997年在取得部分销售权的情况下自销4000余辆,1998年到目前销售量居全国客车底盘第一,预计全年可达8000余辆。一汽客车底盘厂是怎样从困境中崛起的呢?

The status quo of state-owned enterprises should be said to be not optimistic, and the loss surface shows an expanding trend. Under such an environment, FAW passenger car chassis plants have emerged from the predicament. In November 1992, only four cars were produced. After obtaining partial sales rights in the first half of 1993, 223 self-selling cars were sold in the second half of the year. In 1994, 1365 units were sold.
