本文对库仑分析和流动注射——直接伏安分析法测定水中的酚和铬(Ⅵ)进行了研究。 提出用重铬酸钾氧化酚,恒电流产生二公铁,库仑滴定剩余的重铬酸钾来间接测定酚类化合物。对影响滴定效率和氧化效率的因素进行了探讨,选择最佳的实验条件,对实际水样作了分析,同时验证了重铬酸钾对酚的氧化产物主要是苯醌。方法具有准确度高,仪器简便等特点,可用于标定酚溶液或测定环境样品中的酚。
In this paper, Coulomb analysis and flow injection - direct voltammetric analysis of phenol and chromium (Ⅵ) in water were studied. It is proposed to use indirect oxidation of phenol with potassium dichromate to produce two lines of iron with constant current and coulometric titration of the remaining potassium dichromate to indirectly measure the phenolic compounds. The factors affecting titration efficiency and oxidation efficiency were discussed. The best experimental conditions were selected and the actual water samples were analyzed. The oxidation products of potassium dichromate to phenol were mainly benzoquinone. The method has the characteristics of high accuracy and simple instrument, and can be used for the calibration of phenol solution or determination of phenol in environmental samples.
