本文根据铬(Ⅵ)在酸性条件下可被H_2O_2还原为铬(Ⅲ)的性质,利用铬(Ⅲ)-H_2O_2-鲁米诺化学发光体系,建立了水中铬(Ⅵ)和铬(Ⅲ)的流动注射化学发光在线监测法。方法的检出限是4×10~(-11)g/mL;线性范围为1×10~(-10)~3×10~(-5)g/mL;相对标准偏差小于2%(n=11)。此法操作简便、选择性较好,适用于环境水中铬(Ⅵ)和铬(Ⅲ)的实时性监测。
In this paper, chromium (¢ ö) and chromium (¢ ó) in water were established by chromium (¢ õ) -H202-luminol chemiluminescence system according to the properties of chromium (VI) Flow Injection Chemiluminescence Online Monitoring Method. The detection limit was 4 × 10 ~ (-11) g / mL. The linear range was 1 × 10 -10 ~ 3 × 10 -5 g / mL. The relative standard deviation was less than 2% (n = 11). This method is easy to operate and has good selectivity. It is suitable for the real-time monitoring of chromium (Ⅵ) and chromium (Ⅲ) in environmental water.
