前言 从1951年开始我厂就试验和应用了球墨铸铁。1957年试制成功柴油机的球墨铸铁曲轴,并一直坚持使用。实践证明,球墨铸铁曲轴较之锻钢曲轴,不但成本低,而且有良好的使用性能。但是由于镁球墨铸铁长期存在的夹渣、缩松缺陷没有彻底解决,废品率总在20%以上;而且绝大部份废品是在机械加工完成后磁粉探伤时才发现,损失更大,有时甚至影响产品任务的按期完成。几年来我厂进行过不少试验研究,也取得了一定成效,但质量一直不能稳定。
