籼粳稻杂种不育性存在花粉败育和胚囊败育两种主要形式 ;在籼粳稻品种中存在一些具有广亲和性的种质 ,资源广亲和性基因主要是单基因遗传 ,存在育性非等位基因 ;育性控制的解释主要有非等位基因互作理论、等位基因互作理论和广亲和基因理论。广亲和性在水稻籼粳杂交育种和籼粳杂种优势利用上具有十分重要的应用价值。本文对上述领域的研究进展进行了综述。
There are two main forms of male sterility in indica and japonica hybrids including abortion and embryo sac abortion. There are some germplasms with wide compatibility in indica and japonica varieties. The genes with wide compatibility are mainly single-gene inheritance, Sexual non-alleles; fertility control explained mainly non-allelic interaction theory, allelic interaction theory and wide-compatibility gene theory. Wide compatibility has very important application value in rice indica-japonica cross breeding and the utilization of indica-japonica heterosis. This article reviews the research progress in the above fields.
