使用自合成的水性环氧树脂和正硅酸乙酯、羟基硅油反应合成环氧改性聚硅氧烷,并在室温条件下用机械乳化法将其乳化。考察了不同配比的复合乳化剂对聚硅氧烷乳液稳定性的影响,将聚硅氧烷与丙烯酸乳液混合成膜,当m(聚硅氧烷乳液)∶m(丙烯酸乳液)=2.5∶97.5(固含量之比)时,吸水率最低,为27%。并且以聚硅氧烷乳液与丙烯酸乳液共混,80℃下固化,黏结木板样条,当m(聚硅氧烷乳液)∶m(丙烯酸乳液)=5∶95(固含量之比)时,黏结强度达到最大,为2.2MPa。
Epoxy-modified polysiloxanes were synthesized by reacting self-synthesized waterborne epoxy resin with tetraethoxysilane and hydroxy silicone oil and emulsified by mechanical emulsification at room temperature. The effects of different emulsifiers on the stability of silicone emulsion were investigated. The polysiloxane was mixed with acrylic emulsion to form a film.
