目的观察芹灵冲剂(QinlingChongji,QL)对鸭体内鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)-DNA的抑制效果方法待DHBV感染雏鸭7d血清检测为阳性后,随机分组进行药物治疗试验,每组5只,QL分为高、中、低3个剂量组,分别为10,5和2.5g/kg组,ig,2次/d,10d设病毒对照组(DH-BV),以生理盐水代替药物,ig,Bidx10.阳性药用无环鸟昔(ACV)粉剂(25mg/支),ig100mg/kg,2次/d,10d(Bidx10)在感染后7d即用药前(T0),用药5d(T5),用药10d(T10)和停药后3d(P3),自鸭腿经静脉取血,分离血清,-70℃保存待检。结果QL(5,10g/kg)组,对雏鸭无毒性,给药5d(T)和10d(T10)能显著降低DHBV感染鸭血清中DHBV-DNA的水平,其抑制率分别与病毒对照组比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05和P<0.01);低剂量组(2.5g/kg)对鸭血清DHBV-DNA也有一定的疗效3批实验结果一致,并有明显的量效关系结论QL体内有抗DHBV的作用,值得临床进一步研究.
Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of Qinling Chongji (QL) on Duck Hepatitis B virus (DHBV) -DNA in ducklings.Methods Seven days after DHBV infected ducklings were tested positive, the rats were randomly divided into five groups , QL was divided into high, medium and low doses of 3 groups, respectively 10,5 and 2.5g / kg group, ig, 2 times / d, 10d viral control group (DH-BV), with saline instead of drugs , Ig, Bidx10. The results of three batches of experiments were consistent and obvious Dose-effect relationship Conclusion QL in vivo anti-DHBV role, it is worth further clinical study.
