This time, we put away the luggage instead of going off-site instead of going home. This time, we looked at the hometown familiar and unfamiliar with the reporter's eyes and looked at the quiet small villages, small towns and small cities in the central and western China under the financial tsunami. This winter is a bit cold in those places where the economy is integrated into the global chain. In most parts of central and western China, the shock wave of the financial tsunami did not seem to come yet. We are convinced that what is staged here where these flashes shine is another true, another history that is more or less overlooked and even forgotten. Without them, the picture of China under the financial crisis or the picture of China in the key nodes of the process of modernization is doomed to be incomplete.
