盐城市是苏北经济欠发达地区,这里人才十分匮乏。1985年刚组建市工商银行时,仅有大专生11人,中专生83人,为职工总数9%,远远低于全国工行总行23.6%的水平。八年来,为发展金融高等教育,加快开发金融经济类人才,市行在深化金融教育改革中,抓住两个结合:一是分期分批脱产送学和委托培训相结合。几年来,市行送外地院校培养出113名大中专毕业生。二是自学成才和岗位培训相结合。通过自办金融业余电大班,组织干部职工利用业余时间通过成人高等自考、党校、电大等学习途径,共培养
Yancheng is an economically underdeveloped area in northern Jiangsu, where talent is scarcer.
