一、我国消费者受尊重权的保护状况(一)黯淡的消费场景——代前言喜欢听相声的人大概还记得,姜昆曾说过一段反映“文革”时期商业服务的相声,那时侯,到商店买东西要“忍辱负重”、苟且偷“买”。可是,改革开放已经二十好几年了,那种欺负消费者的现象却远远没有根除。在大型商场、酒店等消费场所,顾客受冷遇、被愚弄的事件时有发生。在铁路、民航、交通、银行、旅游等服务领域,亦难保顾客的人格尊严不受侵害。在此,我们略举几例,从中可见我国消费者生活在一个什么样的消费环境中。
